      Issue description

      In the Workbench images we could also enrich the mentioned images with:
      R with RStudio
      CUDA / GPU-enabled Jupyter images
      Ray or Dask-based images
      Scikit-learn / XGBoost-focused images
      Or any custom UBI that fits an organization needs

      Steps to reproduce:

      Workaround:
      Implement the suggested configurations in the Workbench images to provide a more comprehensive and versatile lab environment for students.
