Section Title:	h6. Cluster sync issue

Issue description

After the labs were stopped and started cluster sync is  taking  a little longer to become fully available. However after reprovisioning the labs the issue was resolved . Labs had to be re-provisioned for quick fix  as it was ongoing VT .
