Issue description

`lab finish nodes-review` does not allot enough time for the `Verifying cluster state` task. I've done the lab 3 times now and each time it crashed with the message:
```
FAIL Verifying cluster state

• Machine config pools were not ready after 2 minutes
• Cannot continue lab script
  An error has ocurred. Check the logs for more details
  ```

Re-running the command resolves the issue and cleans up the remaining resources.

Steps to reproduce:

Run the lab start script. Follow the steps in the exercise until the end. Run the lab finish script.
