RH403v6.15: It would be convenient if firefox starts with default satellite login page

      Issue description: feedback from learner alex.swanson@baesystems.au   :

       When I start off from fresh, or rebuild the Labs, Firefox starts off with the default page so the first thing I do is reset the Home Page to be the Satellite login page. It would be convenient if this was how it was set up to start with.
