numbers under the YAML definition of a DataScienceCluster (1,2,..10) links are wrong (they take out of the course) 

In this part of the page (
https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/courses/ai267-2.13/pages/ch04 ):

the number markers link to URLs like this:
https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/#_rhoai_components_for_installation-CO3-1
(example from marker 1)
that basically takes the user out of the course (wrong).

The same marker 1 should instead link:
https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/courses/ai267-2.13/pages/ch04#_rhoai_components_for_installation-CO3-1
in order to properly move the user to the right position within the current
page.
