      Issue description

      Description:  Noticed this new control bar feature. Every time I re-login ROL, the control bar is reset back to page 1 and I lose track where I left off last time. The old interface with the blue bars for each section that were highlighted when viewed gave a better indicator of what chapter and section a student left off last time. This old UI should be re-implemented somehow.
