      Issue description: step 4.1 - the step suddenly introduces the env variable TIMES_APP_URL that is no where discussed or informed about in the Guided exercise. It seems that the city app is a GO app that uses the env variable but I think learner needs to be informed about this requirement beforehand otherwise the env variable is a puzzle for them
