Issue description

In Chapter 3.1 the Term "Node Pool" is used throughout the chapter. But this usually would refer to the NodePool custom resource used in Hosted Control Planes.

Maybe I'm mistaken but we should especially be much clearer here and avoid confusion as we talk about MachineConfigPools in the following sections without ever mentioning hosted control planes.
