Issue description
Even after creating a new lab environment before attempting Qa for this chapter ,
noticed that on step 3.3 , the cluster health never turns to Health-OK , as it should as per the instructions on this step.
The cluster health remains Health_WARN , see screenshot

The grading eventually fails because of this.
provisioned a new lab again and retried exercise , but the results are the same.

 upon checking many hrs later - ceph health status was OK.
