      Issue description

      running lab start storage-intro fails on step Checking CatalogSource. Evaluating the OpenShift Virt operator installation, it does not show up as installed. Reinstalling it again, raises an error with an Existing HyperConverged instance running. Deleting the hyperConverged instance from the openshift-cnv causes another error stating that  SSP and HyperCOnverged  are already installed and the installation could cause problems with the operators in the OpenShift Virt installation window.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Most students were not able to finish the previous GE and potentially they forgot to run the lab finish from the last GE from Chapter 4.
