Issue description
for most steps under ch04s06 shell prompts do not show accurate PS1 variable in SG
  the shell prompt strings PS1 is denoted wrongly on steps :
step 3, should be [root@clienta ~]# instead of [root@clienta ~]$
also on step 5 , where [root@clienta ~]$ ends with a '$' to indicate non-root user.
also on step 6 , where [root@clienta ~]$ ends with a '$' to indicate non-root user.
also on step 7, same issue

additionally :
step 7 cmd outputs are not entirely shown in SG
