      Issue description

       Description:  In section 10.2 grade tool checks networkpolicy configuration for 'policy-group.network.openshift.io/ingress: ""' namespace labels. However 'network.openshift.io/policy-group: ingress' label selector should be correct as well as far as in specification requirement is next - "Must accept traffic only from within the same workshop by using the workshop=project_name label or from the ingress controller."
