      Issue description

      Description:  There is a typo in point 2 of ch01s11. After the table with LDAP informations the point states: "Use the rhds-ladp-secret and rhds-ca-config-map names for the RHDS secret and configuration map respectively."
      The name of the secret should be rhds-ldap-secret not rhds-ladp-secret. If you name the secret rhds-ladp-secret, the finish script doesn't remove it.
