ch14s05 rhcsa-compreview4 `podman build` command was not described in the course before but was used in step 7.1

      Issue description

      In the very last review lab, step 7.1 used a comman which was not described in previous courses. `podman build` was described in version 9.0 of the course but it's not there anymore in 9.3.

      Recommend to either update the course or update the last lab.
