Workaround: Continue to use vILT based in Ravello for now

Description: ILT for this course is currently delivered as vILT using Ravello due to the way in which the course was developed.  This removes the possibility of disconnected classroom delivery.  In addition, by using UCF for this course, it's likely performance would improve for ILT classrooms with limited Internet bandwidth.

The current Ravello blueprint should be converted to UCF.  When that is completed, the hardware requirements for this course will need to be increased from Level I + Internet to whatever the UCF environment ends up requiring.
