      Issue description

      Description:  Section 4.2: Guided Exercise: Create images with Containerfiles

      Step 3.1 has the student update the Node.js runtime image URL to registry.ocp4.example.com:8443/ubi9/nodejs-18-minimal:1

      However, the final Containerfile in step 4.4 has a different address: registry.ocp4.example.com:8443/ubi9/nodejs-18:1

      The lab appears to progress regardless but there is some confusion in why this address changes.
