ROSA cluster still shows up in cloud.redhat.com despite the fact it was removed

      Issue description

      After provisioning the CS220/CS221 environment and deleting it using the delete button from rol.redhat.com web page. the cluster still shows up in the Hybrid cloud web page. Trying to remove it, causes the attached error. Not sure if this would cause any problems from Red Hat side, but it cannot even be deleted within the cloud console.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Create a cluster from rol.redhat.com, following CS221 steps to provision it.

      Click delete in the classroom web page. The cluster disappears from ROL, but it is still present in the cloud.redhat.com. Any attempt to delete it, raises an error.Cluster List _ OpenShift.pdf
