      Issue description

      Lab startup command is not working as expected and is getting the error message "pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed." I have attached a Screenshot for your reference.

      Steps to reproduce: Start the lab and run the command "
      [student@workstation ~]$
      lab install -u AI266 && lab start workflows-pipeline"{}
