Description: The videos would be a lot better if the instructors did more than read the page to us, that's usually one of the biggest benefits to a course like this. If I just wanted to know how to deploy and administer a tool, I would build it and play with it. I come to a training course because I'm looking to glean some insight from the instructor's expertise that I couldn't otherwise attain without years of experience. This applies to every video I've watched on your site so far (many in this course, and the entire Red Hat Identity Management course).
The entire reason I put on this video was because I wanted context around the section titled, "Export a Subscription Manifest from the Customer Portal." I was wondering why one might want to do that at all. Maybe that's why it's skipped, there's almost never a need to do it. Who knows?
To summarize, please:
1. Cover all the material
2. Share actual expertise: provide example scenarios in which a function is useful, if not critical; provide *context* to the text.
