Finishing ssh-review lab needs to be done twice

      Issue description

      After the lab ssh-review is completed and graded, lab-finish throws an error that does not reappear on the second attempt to finish the lab.

      Steps to reproduce:

      lab start ssh-review

      1. do the lab

      lab finish ssh-review

      Workaround:

      run the "lab finish ssh-review" command twice

      Expected result:
