Issue description

This issue happened on a specific student. I have tried re-provision the lab for a few times but the issue still exist. 

This issue cannot be reproduced on my own account, but can be stably reproduced on the student's account

Steps to reproduce:

Follow the guided exercise to step 2.2, run the command ansible-navigator images then we can see the error.

Workaround:

No workaround fount currently.

Expected result:

A image is successfully pulled.
