      Issue description

Description:  Can you please verify that both labs for Chapter 4, multihomed-nmstate and multihomed-review, properly clean after themselves? I have run the finish script for both repeatedly, but unless I messed up somehow, it looks like some of the configuration from the former one persists. For example, when I run "oc get nodes l external-network=true", whether the multihomed-review is started or not, I can still see both worker nodes. If I go to Networking>NodeNetworkConfigurationPolicy in the web console, I can still see configuration for br0-ens4-policy with both workers available. This made it impossible for me to complete the multihomed-review exercise as the configuration was already in at least partially in place.
