Issue description
Improvement:
==================
Description: I am not color blind, but have slight color vision deficiency, mostly around distinguishing dark shades of green and red. On page 5 of the training, on my Lenovo X1 display, no matter what angle I look from I actually cannot tell if the green border is green or very dark red. I had to select a wrong answer to see that the red border is bright and clearly visible to be sure. The bright green used on page 7 is perfect.
In addition, at least on the first and third questions, the red border does not show up at all if I select option B, it only enables strikethrough on the wrong answer (viewing it on Fedora 41 with Firefox 132.0).
