Issue description

 Description:  In DO316 page 45 in Lab: Virtual Machine Template Management

Create a mariadb-server-vm VM from the custom RHEL9 MariaDB Server template in the template-review namespace.

Navigate to Virtualization → Catalog. On the right panel of filter options, under Template project, select the template-review project and select the newly created template RHEL9 MariaDB Server.

Enter mariadb-server-vm in the VirtualMachine name field. Confirm that Start this VirtualMachine after creation is selected. Click Quick create VirtualMachine. Wait a few moments for the operation to complete.

The quick create don't exist on my lab ?
