Issue with First Quiz Question Not Highlighting Correct Answer

      Issue description

      On ch02s08 the first quiz question doesn't light up green when the correct answer is chosen like the other questions. It just stays grey, even after pressing "Show Solution".

      This behavior seems to occur specifically in Firefox. However, it works fine in Chrome.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Try the 1st Quiz in Firefox.
