Issue description

Student followed the instructions on the GE to install the loki operator and also edited the yaml file. After running `oc create -f objectbucket.yaml` the command `oc get obc` shows that the phase for this bucket stuck at "Pending" state. It should be "Bounded".

Steps to reproduce:

Follow the instruction on the GE to step 2.5. We were not able to reproduce on a new environment.

Workaround:

Expected result:

`oc get obc` can see the phase of the bucket to be Bounded
