      Issue description

      Hi Team, on do288-4.14/pages/ch03s02 in section 3.5 I have found the following wrong information:
      ```sh
      File cache does not work due to [Error: EACCES: permission denied, open '/var/cache/...']
      { 2 errno: -13, code: 'EACCES', syscall: 'open', path: '/var/cache/translation_greeting_en-us' }
      ```
      Note 2: The application does not have write access to /var/cache.

      The initial description of this application is as follows: "Build and deploy the container image of a Node.js application, which provides greeting messages in random languages. The application listens on port 80 and uses a translation cache at the /var/cache directory."

      The note is not fully correct form my point of view, as the error does not occur on "write". The error occurs "read".
