      Issue description

      In the Guided exercise, it is recommended to remove this section:

          datasciencepipelines:
            managementState: Removed

      However, with that, chapter 12, 13, and 14 does not provide the menu option on OCP AI dashboard mentioned in the book (Data Science Pipelines)

      Steps to reproduce:

       

      Workaround:

      Keep the existing configuration to create a DataScienceCluster
