      Issue description: RH199v9.3 :Ch10s03 : step 1.3: second partition starts from 514 MiB instead of 513MiB

      There is no explanation provided for leaving 1 MiB unused space there.

      Also contrasting it with RH134v9.3 ch07s05 : step 3.2 - it says to start where the previous partition ends :

       

      so the deviation between these two RHCSA courses is confusing for learners.
