      Issue description

       Description:  
      Im running the DO480 manage multiple clusters with Red Hat ACM. In section 
      "2.3 Configuring access controlls for multicluster management" the topic "Placement Resources" on page 57 in the PDF does not correspond with the actual guided video material, in the video the topic is called "Placement Rules". 

      Steps to reproduce:

      Checked the video content and see that it says Placement rules and on the PDF it says placement resources.
