Issue description

Description: The instructions in the video do not match the text instructions. It appears that the video may be from an older version of the course. As examples, the video states to use the stable-1.2 channel and 1.2.1 version of the OADP operator (vs stable-1.3 and 1.3.1 in the text), install the VolSync operator, and the contents of the DataProtectionApplication CR are different.
