Issue description
In the compreview-cr2: The lab asks to install "KB5038282" but as of today (20 Sep 2024) this KB has been superseded by new KB5042349. Reference - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/august-13-2024-kb5042349-cumulative-update-for-net-framework-3-5-4-8-and-4-8-1-for-windows-server-2022-9fafcf0d-a4ae-404c-a84a-0921f2f788fb. Hence it is not in the available patch list. The playbook does not install the required KB as its not found in the patch available list. The Grading script is expecting this KB5038282 explicitly to be installed. Please check and correct the labs accordingly.
