      Issue description

      AI267, Chapter 9 - Enhancing Model Training with RHOAI, GE 3 - Software Engineering Principles for Data Science: this exercise has got error in step 2.5 when training-pytorch.ipynb is supposed to be used. The instructions call torch, whereas, the module is not avaiable and manually installing it allows to run the instructions successfully. This was encountered by all candidates.  I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
