Not sure if someone was running a DO328 delivery recently, but logging into quay.io using podman is raising HTTP429 errors (Too many requests) to some students, as if we were hammering the server from the same host.
This problem happened before everytime we were trying to download container images from  docker.io. My question at this point is:
Is it possible to migrate away from DO328 that relies on a connected environment and use something like the DO180/DO280 environments?
