RHT2213941: RH199: Ch16s09: Step 1 ask for the configuration of the registry, and the step 2 is exactly that, so they overlap.

      Issue description

      Step 1 ask for the configuration of the registry, and the step 2 is exactly that, so they overlap. The proposed solution for the step 1 doesn't configure the registry, so I believe that step 2 is correct.
