      Issue description

      This issue is with the 20240902-NA-DO280 (58665395) VT when the instructor downloads student guide (PDF) in Japanese version from the resources section he gets DO280-OCP4.14-ja-1-20240215 version of student guide same when students do this action they get the required *DO280-OCP4.14-ja-2-20240725* version.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Download the student guide from the resource section of the VT 20240902-NA-DO280 (58665395) from ** student and Instructor roles respectively.

       

      Workaround:

      Created a Warter Marked PDF and shared with the instructor.

      Expected result:

       

      When downloaded the student Guide the instructor must get the latest version as the students
