Issue description

Impacted 1 student.

utility's ssh host key was not trusted by workstation. Given that workstation uses utility as a jump host, ansible-playbooks were not executing.

Consider setting the known hosts file for utility to /dev/null.

remove the entries for utility from ~/.ssh/known_hosts on workstation or set UserKnownHostsFile to /dev/null for utility or * in ~/.ssh/config
