      Issue description

      At step 2.2 if the user has no subscription a default landing page is shown, making it impossible to continue with the exercise.

      In the online course rol.redhat.com there is a warning, but not in the PDF and trainingbookself.

      And so the user finds this landing page and can't find the pdf because has no active subscriptions.
