      Issue description
On service now ticket RHT2215863 IBM user reports
"Description: Sometimes I get 403 unauthorized errors when running the lab start command. To fix it, I need to log in to the lab@utility system and then run the oc login command using the same kubeconfig file that the lab ansible scripts are using (/home/lab/ocp4/auth/kubeconfig) and then type in the password for the admin user. I think this generates a token in the config file, so it seems like the certificate is not working."
