      Section Title: Configure Hostnames and Name Resolution

      Issue description

      NW chapter (11) of RH124v9.3 setup has a default setup of following which prevents update of /etc/resolv.conf when a connection is brought UP:

      [student@workstation ~]$ cat /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/99-cloud-init.conf

      1. Created by cloud-init on instance boot automatically, do not edit.
        #
        [main]
        dns = none

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. nmcli con up any_connection_profile_with_DNS_config

      Workaround:

      /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/99-cloud-init.conf  file can be removed and NetworkManager service can be restarted to show normal behaviour.

      Expected result:

      "nmcli con up" should update /etc/resolv.conf (or material should be updated accordingly)
