Issue description: ch02s02 : quiz solution to VM and VMI does not seem right :
what is stated for VM is a general definition of a VM which I think is not a perfect definition when we talk about openshift virtualization.
Infact, VM is something like a Deployment ( controller ) resource and a VMI is somethig like a Pod which is actually running.
a Virtual Machine (VM) resource is not the Kubernetes resource that represents a running Virtual Machine. A running Virtual Machine is represented by a Virtual Machine Instance (VMI) resource.
