NIIT reported that the client are using Windows + NVDA screen reader in his local computer,  And the customer need to use accessibility in the lab.
So I checked in workstation VM, the VM seems designed by no output device and no input device. So I assume that the lab will not play any sound.
I also checked that NVDA is a software designed for reading anything which showing in chrome or firefox browser.
And the customer is asking for the lab didn't play any sound .

FYI :  customer is visually impaired

      Please share any suggestions.
