      Issue description:
      "I believe it is now possible to convert CentOS STREAM 8 to RHEL 8 (in an unsupported fashion) since it was terminated hence no longer moving ahead of RHEL 8. We may want to adapt the disclaimer under 'Overview of the migration Process'."
