      Issue description: 

      The step 9 in the 2nd guided exercise for Chapter 2, "Managing Playbooks with Automation Controller", lacks the substeps where the two hosts, servera and serverb, are added to the group webservers.

      The instructions in the manual only cover creating the group and the hosts in a isolated manner within the context of the inventory, but you are omitting the steps to tie the hosts to the group.
