      Issue description 

      Step 4.3 from GE .

       Everytime a blueprint of DO288 or DO280 v4.14 is deployed there is always a challenge to connect with git repository a lot of times its not responsive.

      The git repo was not responding it showed the url is valid but cannot be reached 

       

      Instructor restart registry to fix this issue.
