Issue description
This is not necessarily a bug in the course content (as it works as designed), but there is a problem in the Quay 3.6 docs. Checking point 3 in do480-2.4/pages/ch06s04 will propose the following QuayRegistry object configuration:

- kind: mirror
managed: false
but the docs (https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_quay/3.6/html/deploy_red_hat_quay_on_openshift_with_the_quay_operator/operator-preconfigure#operator-unmanaged-mirroring) say "- kind: mirroring" which is incorrect and does not work. I have tested it in the lab. Consequently the docs should probably be fixed (despite not being up to date anymore)
