      Issue description

      Students navigate to an empty Operator Hub.

      Steps to reproduce:

      9/12 students affected

      Workaround:

      Delete the do316-catalog-cs pod (restarting the deployment will fail)

      Wait up to 3 minutes for the new pod to be in a running state.
