Issue description

The lab start script fails to verify that the virtualization operator is installed when it is indeed installed. This affected 7 students

Steps to reproduce:

 lab start network-services

Workaround:

Go to the Python script for the lab, change the boolean for the fatal key for "Verifying OpenShift Virtualization Operator" to False.

Expected result:

The network-services lab script works without errors.
