Issue description

Step 2.4 in the "Sending Data with Producers" exercise requires the students to replace "YOUR_KAFKA_BOOTSTRAP_HOST:YOUR_KAFKA_BOOTSTRAP_PORT" with actual values.

There are several occurrences throughout the course where this is necessary, to be honest.

However, never up to this point, and since, does the text book explain how to figure out what to put there.

"oc get routes/my-cluster-kafka-bootstrap" would be as good a direction as any other, but something must explain to students what they need to put there.
