      Issue description: Quiz question 1 on Discussing Performance Tuning Methodology shows "Identify devices" as the step that comes first in the USE Method flowchart. Both the courseware and the reference have "Identify Resources" on the flowchart. Devices could be inferred as resources for the question, but not using the exact term is usually a distractor in a multiple choice question.
